The Trust shall make many donors as Members of the Trust with clear identity

The Trust shall collect donations from various donors across the globe at INR 501/- per month (Rupees five hundred and one only) perennially unless otherwise the member opts out or the Trust decides otherwise

The Trust shall also accept lump-sum donations from non-members or members to exclusively adopt the fees of any deserving child or to pay the premium of medi-claim policy for any deserving family to be routed through the Trust account

All such donations will be remitted by the donors or members in the designated bank account of the Trust and not into any personal accounts; Trust will never be responsible for any monies transferred by the donors or members to any of the personal accounts other than the Trust account

The donations are purely voluntary, and the Trust will never compel or follow-up on the same with any donor or member at any time

The Trust shall send a statement of monthly receipts and payments and the annual financials of the Trust to all such members so that they are aware of the collection of donations and their spend by the Trust during any period of time

The monthly donation amount of INR 501/- can be increased at a later point of time based on the increasing requirements and requests from the general public who deserve to get such support; this will be decided by the Trust in consultation and intimation with all donors and members

The members have the right to pay the minimum agreed donation even after the increase in monthly donation amount which is the free will of the donors

We have a fee adoption scheme for the donors whereby they can adopt a child’s fees to be paid in full every year till the kid completes XII std. Every year you will be paying it to the Trust on our intimation to you on the fees and the Trust will remit the same directly to the school account and send the challan to you for records.

The members have the right to stop the donation payments to the Trust any time as per their free will

All such donors and members will be connected in a virtual group formed by the Trust to have a complete transparency of receipts, payments and activities of the Trust at any given point of time

The members and donors have the right to request the Trustees for specific documents relating to donations or payments or activities of the Trust at any point of time

The members can voluntarily bring more and more new members into the Trust from their family and friends circles to enroll them into the monthly donation scheme so as to increase the corpus fund and the volume of charitable activities as listed in point (3) of this deed

The members have the right to suggest or recommend the Trustees about various welfare schemes and charitable activities that can be supported by the Trust and the Trustees have the solitary right in accepting or avoiding such cases by providing necessary explanations and justifications to all the members as the case may be

Collected funds will be used to pay the school fees of deserving and validated kids and medi-claim premium of deserving families after the mandatory validation process with clear records

Our donations are eligible for claiming tax exemptions under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
